Join "I Love Makati" Video Contest

Jupiter Suites, MakatiDeli.com, and Budget Travels Philippines are proud to launch the "I Love Makati" video contest and encourages all Makati lovers to join.

Here are the mechanics:

1. Contest is open to everyone, 18 years and old above. You can submit more than one entry.


2. The video should be no less than 30 seconds and maximum of 10 minutes that captures why one loves Makati. It can highlight living, doing busines, and tourism aspects of the city.


3. Mandatory components:
   - the I Love Makati watermark (image can be found below) to appear at the lower right hand side of the video.
   - a video or image snippet of Jupiter Suites anywhere in the video.
   - at the end of the video, state that:
   
   This video is a contest entry to I Love Makati (http://www.ilovemakati.ph/) video contest sponsored by:
   - Jupiter Suites (http://www.jupitersuites.com.ph/)
   - Quality Budget Travels to the Philippines (http://www.budgettravels.ph)
   - MakatiDeli.com (http://www.makatideli.com)
   - Buddy Gancenia (http://www.buddygancenia.com)


4. Submission of entries will be from December 1 to 30. All entries will be sent via CD or DVD (in a format that allows it to be uploaded via YouTube) along with the entry form and mailed or delivered to:

All participants joining shall also attest to the following:

• Images, music, and video footages used in the entry were taken by the contest participant or permission was granted by its owners.


• The contest entry has never been used for any other competition.


• The contest entry was not posted online, for public viewing, prior and during the contest proper.


• You are giving Jupiter Suites, MakatiDeli.com, and Budget Travels Philippines the permission to upload your entry in its Facebook and YouTube page.


• Joining the contest implies that you are giving Jupiter Suites, MakatiDeli.com, and Budget Travels Philippines the right to use your video for promotional purposes.

Criteria for judging

• Visual artistry - 30%


• Editing and post production - 30%


• Production value - 30%


• Overall impact - 10%

Leading our panel of judges is corporate, events, and wedding videographer Buddy Gancenia.

Prizes

• The grand prize winner will get fifty thousand pesos (P50,000 ).
• Five runner-ups will get P10,000 each.
• First ten qualified submission will get a 2 nights weekend stay voucher at Jupiter Suites.

Winners announcement

• Winners will be announced on January 15, 2010 here at I Love Makati.
